​Dr. Fixit Concrete Guard WB is a water-based acrylic coating formulated to protect reinforced concrete and masonry surfaces exposed to harsh environmental conditions. It acts as an effective barrier against carbon dioxide, water, sulfates, and chloride ions, preventing structural deterioration.​

Application Guidelines:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants like oil, grease, and loose materials. New concrete should cure for at least 6–8 weeks before application.​

2. Priming: Apply a primer coat by diluting Dr. Fixit Concrete Guard WB with water in a 1:1 ratio. Allow it to dry for 2–3 hours.​

3. Finishing Coats: Apply two undiluted coats of Dr. Fixit Concrete Guard WB, with a 6–8 hour interval between coats.​

Safety Precautions:

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.​

• Handling: Use appropriate personal protective equipment, such as gloves and eye protection, during application.​

• First Aid: In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
