​Zentrifix GSE is a polymer-modified, one-component hydraulic coarse repair mortar designed for the repair of concrete surfaces.

• Application Methods: Suitable for hand application using a trowel or float, as well as spray application through wet-spray techniques.​

• Layer Thickness: Ideal for repairs requiring thicknesses between 6 to 50 mm; for thicknesses greater than 25 mm, it is recommended to apply in two layers.​

• Adhesion and Stability: Offers excellent adhesion to substrates and remains stable on walls and overhead applications.​

• Application and Hardening Time: Provides optimal application and hardening times, with a working time of approximately 45 minutes at 20°C and 50% relative humidity.​

Areas of Application:

Zentrifix GSE is primarily used for the coarse repair of small and large concrete areas, including the repair of big patches and honeycombs, as well as concrete spalls in building construction. ​

Application Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean, free from loose particles, dust, oil, and other contaminants, with a required pull-off strength greater than 1.5 N/mm².​

2. Bonding Coat: Before applying Zentrifix GSE, apply a bonding coat of Zentrifix KMH to the pre-wetted surface

3. Mixing: Mix Zentrifix GSE with water at a ratio of 100 parts by weight of dry mortar to 11–13 parts by weight of water, yielding a homogenous, lump-free mixture.

5. Curing Conditions: Avoid application at temperatures below 5°C and protect the freshly applied mortar from rapid drying due to direct sun and wind.
