TruBuild Non-Shrink Grout-HS is a high-strength, single-component cementitious grout designed for applications requiring both static and dynamic load resistance. Its non-shrink and self-leveling properties make it ideal for various grouting tasks.
Key Features:
-
Non-Shrink: Ensures dimensional stability, preventing gaps between the grout and substrate.
-
High Flowability: Facilitates easy placement and filling of complex voids without segregation.
-
Extended Working Time: Allows for adjustments during application, accommodating larger projects.
-
Chloride-Free: Reduces the risk of corrosion in reinforcing steel and embedded metals.
-
Non-Corrosive: Safe for use around metals, eliminating concerns about material degradation.
-
High Ultimate Strength: Develops significant compressive strength over time, enhancing structural integrity.
Applications:
-
Machine Base Plates: Provides a stable foundation for machinery, ensuring accurate alignment and operation.
-
Anchor Bolts: Secures bolts in place, offering resistance to both static and dynamic forces.
-
Pre-Cast Column Bases: Ensures a strong bond between pre-cast elements and their foundations.
-
General Gap Filling: Suitable for filling gaps ranging from 10 mm to 100 mm in various structural applications.

Application Instructions:
-
Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, sound, and free from contaminants like oil, grease, and laitance.
-
Mixing: Combine TruBuild Non-Shrink Grout-HS with clean water at the following ratios to achieve desired consistencies:
-
Flowable: 3.2 to 3.8 liters of water per 20 kg of grout.
-
Pourable: 2.8 to 3.2 liters of water per 20 kg of grout.
-
Stiff: 2.4 to 2.7 liters of water per 20 kg of grout.
Mix thoroughly using a mechanical mixer for at least 3 minutes until a uniform consistency is achieved.
-
Application: Pour or place the mixed grout into the prepared area promptly. For base plate grouting, ensure uninterrupted flow to eliminate air pockets.
-
Curing: Allow the grout to cure adequately, following standard curing practices to achieve optimal strength.
