NON SHRINK GROUT HS

TruBuild Non-Shrink Grout-HS is a high-strength, single-component cementitious grout designed for applications requiring both static and dynamic load resistance. Its non-shrink and self-leveling properties make it ideal for various grouting tasks.​

• Setting Time: Initial set occurs around 4 hours and 10 minutes.

Application Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, sound, and free from contaminants like oil, grease, and laitance.​

2. Mixing: Combine TruBuild Non-Shrink Grout-HS with clean water at the following ratios to achieve desired consistencies:​

   • Flowable: 3.2 to 3.8 liters of water per 20 kg of grout.​

   • Pourable: 2.8 to 3.2 liters of water per 20 kg of grout.​

   • Stiff: 2.4 to 2.7 liters of water per 20 kg of grout.​

   Mix thoroughly using a mechanical mixer for at least 3 minutes until a uniform consistency is achieved.

3. Application: Pour or place the mixed grout into the prepared area promptly. For base plate grouting, ensure uninterrupted flow to eliminate air pockets.​

4. Curing: Allow the grout to cure adequately, following standard curing practices to achieve optimal strength.
