Dr. Fixit Repellin WR

Dr. Fixit Repellin WR is a silicone-based water repellent designed for waterproofing exterior surfaces such as clay bricks, concrete, mortar, Mangalore tiles, and natural or artificial stones.

Method of Application:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants like dirt, oil, and grease.​

2. Application: Apply a generous coat of Dr. Fixit Repellin WR using a brush or spray. For enhanced performance, apply a second coat while the first is still wet.

3. Drying Time: Allow the treated surface to dry for approximately 24 hours.​

Precautions:

• Do not dilute the product.​

• Close containers properly after use.​

• Perform a patch test on a small area of natural stone before full application to check compatibility.​

Coverage:

• Approximately 5–6 square meters per liter per coat on porous substrates. On less porous surfaces, coverage is about 7–8 square meters per liter per coat.​

Shelf Life:

• 18 months from the date of manufacturing when stored in unopened containers in a cool, dry place.​

Health and Safety:

• Use protective gloves and safety goggles during application.​

• In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with water.​

• Keep out of reach of children and avoid smoking during application.
