DR FIXIT PIDIFIN 2K

Dr. Fixit Pidifin 2K is a two-component, acrylic cementitious waterproofing membrane designed to protect concrete and masonry surfaces from water ingress. It combines a liquid polymer and a powder component to create a flexible, elastomeric coating suitable for various applications.​

Key Features:

• Elastomeric Flexibility: Bridges cracks up to 2 mm wide, maintaining 40-50% elasticity. ​

Recommended Applications:

• Wet Areas: Bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and terraces.

• Water Tanks: Internal waterproofing of potable water storage tanks.​

• Concrete Structures: Basements, foundations, swimming pools, and water reservoirs.​

Application Guidelines:

1. Surface Preparation: Clean surfaces thoroughly, removing all loose particles, oil, and grease.​

2. Mixing: Combine the liquid and powder components as per the manufacturer's instructions to achieve a uniform slurry.​

3. Application: Apply the slurry using a brush or trowel in two coats, ensuring each coat is applied in the opposite direction to the previous one.​

4. Curing: Allow the first coat to cure for at least 6-8 hours before applying the second coat. After the second coat, cure the membrane with moist hessian cloths.

Packaging:

• Available in 15 kg, 30 kg and 90 kg units.

Precautions:

• Do not part-mix; use the entire quantity of both components at once.​

• Avoid application in extremely hot conditions; store components in a cool, shaded area.​

• Wear protective gloves, goggles, and a dust mask during mixing and application.​
