This elastomeric coating forms a seamless, durable, and flexible membrane that effectively waterproofs roofs, terraces, podiums, balconies, and other concrete structures. With excellent crack-bridging capability and UV resistance, it offers long-lasting protection against water ingress. Dr. Fixit Flexi PU 270 cures to form a strong, elastic film that withstands structural movements, temperature fluctuations, and harsh weather conditions—making it ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial waterproofing applications.
