• Seamless and Elastomeric Membrane: Dr. Fixit Fastflex creates a continuous, flexible layer that accommodates thermal movements and bridges cracks up to 2 mm, ensuring superior waterproofing without joints.

• High Film Build-Up: The product's formulation allows for a thick film application, enhancing its ability to withstand up to 10 meters of hydrostatic pressure without leakage. ​

• Excellent Adhesion: It bonds effectively to concrete and masonry substrates, contributing to the durability and longevity of the waterproofing layer. ​

• Low VOC Content: Dr. Fixit Fastflex has a low volatile organic compound content, making it non-toxic and safe for both users and the environment. ​

Coverage:

Approximately 0.5 to 0.55 square meters per kilogram when applied in two coats at a dry film thickness of 1.2 to 1.5 mm. Coverage may vary depending on the substrate's nature and texture.

Available in 12 kg units (7 kg powder + 5 kg polymer) and 48 kg units (28 kg powder + 20 kg polymer). ​
