SUNTOP STD Description:

​Suntop STD is a non-metallic, dry-shake concrete surface hardener produced by MC-Bauchemie. Designed to enhance the wear resistance and durability of concrete floors, it is particularly suitable for areas subjected to heavy mechanical stresses.​

Application Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the concrete surface is clean, free from loose particles, dust, oil, and other contaminants.​

2. Bonding Coat: Apply a bonding coat of Zentrifix KMH to the pre-wetted surface before the application of Suntop STD.​

3. Mixing: Mix Suntop STD with water at a ratio of 100 parts by weight of dry mortar to 11–13 parts by weight of water, achieving a homogenous, lump-free mixture.​

4. Application: Apply the mortar “fresh-on-fresh” over the bonding coat using a trowel, float, or wet-spray technique.​

5. Curing Conditions: Avoid application at temperatures below 5°C and protect the freshly applied mortar from rapid drying due to direct sun and wind.
