SHALIPLAST LW

​ShaliPlast® LW is an integral liquid waterproofing compound formulated to enhance the durability and water resistance of cement-based materials. It is composed of high-purity industrial-grade ingredients, including surface-active agents, plasticizers, polymers, and additives.

Applications:

• Waterproofing: Ideal for applications requiring enhanced water resistance, such as basements, roof slabs, water tanks, terraces, and external plastering. ​Imimg

• Structural Elements: Suitable for reinforcing mass concrete foundations, walls, and slabs, especially in areas exposed to water ingress. ​Imimg

Usage Guidelines:

• Dosage: Recommended at 200 ml per 50 kg of cement. ​Imimg

• Mixing Procedure:

  1. Dry mix cement, sand, and aggregates in a concrete mixer for 2 minutes.​

  2. Add 75-80% of the required water and mix for an additional 3 minutes.​

  3. Incorporate ShaliPlast® LW into the remaining water, mix thoroughly, and then combine with the dry mix.​

  4. Mix the entire batch for another 2 minutes to ensure uniform distribution.​Imimg

  5. Proceed with placing the concrete or applying plaster as needed.​

Packaging and Storage:

• Packaging: Available in 1 L, 5 L, and 20 L containers. ​Imimg

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources. Ensure the container is tightly sealed when not in use.​

• Shelf Life: Best used within 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored under recommended conditions. ​Imimg

Health and Safety Precautions:

• Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes.​

• Use appropriate protective gear, such as gloves and eye protection, during handling.​

• In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention if irritation persists.​

• If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
