Microcrete

Micro Concreting Maintenance, repair and ensuring the serviceable condition of structures assume prime importance. Strengthening, retrofitting may also be warranted in view of changed usage pattern of the structure or change in I.S Code provisions.Micro concrete is a dry ready mix cementitious based composition formulated mainly for used in repairs works when the concrete is damaged and the area is restricted in movement due to which there is problem in placing concrete.
1.Cracks / Spalling in RCC pedestal columns,foundations,beams,slabs,projections etc due to heavy corrosion or chemical effect.

2.Extensive corrosion in steel bars of RCC members.

3.Extensive corrosion in structural sections like base,plates.MS columns,truss,purlins,girders etc.

4.Contusions settlement in foundations.

5.Cracks in Load  Bearing masonry Structures.

6.Cracks and waterproofing solutions to water and earth retaining walls.

7.Distress due to seepage and water Ingest.

8.Vertical extensions (additional storeys) over the unplanned /old buldings).

9.Light weight steel structures over existing old buildings.

10. Alteration/Additions in the existing building as per the proposed planning by the Architect.
Microcrete-4 is mainly recommended for the repair of damaged concrete structures e.g.

•  Columns
• Beams
• Slabs, etc.

It is also recommended for grouting of large gaps.
