Eposeal

​Davies Eposeal is a two-component epoxy penetrating sealer designed to enhance the adhesion and finish of subsequent topcoats on concrete surfaces. ​

Key Features:

• Deep Penetration: Effectively permeates even the finest pores of concrete, ensuring a strong bond.​

• Ease of Application: Suitable for application using a brush, roller, or spray, facilitating straightforward use.​

Recommended Use:

• Ideal for sealing concrete floors and porous concrete surfaces.​

Application Instructions:

1. Mixing: Combine the entire contents of the hardener with the base, mixing thoroughly for 5 minutes. It's advisable to transfer the mixture to a larger container for easier mixing.​

2. Application: Apply the mixed sealer immediately using your chosen method (brush, roller, or spray).​

3. Pot Life: Use all mixed paint within the specified pot life to ensure optimal performance.​

Surface Preparation:

• Allow new concrete to cure for 28 days, ensuring a moisture content below 15% and a pH level under 9.​

• Remove any concrete laitance and impurities.​

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, loose materials, and other contaminants.​

Storage and Handling:

• Keep containers closed when not in use.​

• Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.​

• Avoid transferring contents to other containers for storage.​

• In case of spillage, absorb with inert materials such as sand.
