DR.FX PIDICRETE MPB

​Dr. Fixit Pidicrete MPB is an acrylic-based multipurpose bonding agent and cement mortar modifier designed to enhance the strength and durability of concrete and mortar applications. It effectively bonds new concrete to old substrates and, when mixed with cement, forms a robust matrix providing excellent waterproofing properties.

Applications:

• Concrete Repair: Ideal for repairing spalled concrete on floors, columns, beams, chajjas, slabs, and parapets.​

• Bond Coat: Acts as a bonding agent between old and new concrete, masonry, stonework, plaster, and for fixing or re-fixing slip bricks, tiles, marbles, and bedding.​

• Priming: Used as a primer for reinforcing steel, enhancing the bond between steel and concrete.​

• Additive: Functions as an additive for renders and mortars, improving their properties.​

• Coating: Serves as a flexibilizer for cement, enhancing its performance in various applications.​

Application Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Clean the surface thoroughly, removing dust, unsound materials, oil, paint, grease, and other contaminants. Roughen the surface if necessary to ensure better adhesion.​

2. Mixing: For mortar applications, mix 50 kg of cement with 150 kg of sand and 5–7.5 kg of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete MPB. For bonding slurry, mix cement and Dr. Fixit Pidicrete MPB in a 1:1 ratio by volume.​

3. Application: Apply the bonding slurry to the prepared surface using a brush. While the slurry is still wet, place the mortar or concrete mix.​

4. Curing: Allow the applied surface to cure properly as per standard curing practices to achieve optimal strength and durability.
