DR FIXIT PIDIPROOF LW+ SUPER

Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ Super is an integral liquid waterproofing compound formulated with surface-active plasticizing agents, polymers, and additives. It is specifically designed to enhance the performance of concrete and mortar, especially when using Manufactured Sand (M-Sand). ​

Applications:

• RCC Structures: Suitable for use in reinforced cement concrete slabs, beams, and columns. ​

• Plastering: Applicable for both internal and external plastering, enhancing the durability and water resistance of plastered surfaces.

Usage Guidelines:

• Dosage: Add 200 ml of Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ Super per 50 kg bag of cement. ​

• Mixing Procedure:

  1. Combine cement and aggregates in a concrete mixer and dry mix for 1–2 minutes.​DR FIXIT

  2. Add 75–80% of the required mixing water and mix for 2–3 minutes.​DR FIXIT

  3. Incorporate Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ Super into the remaining water, mix thoroughly, and then add to the concrete mixer.​

  4. Mix the entire batch for an additional 2 minutes to ensure uniform distribution.​

  5. Proceed with placing the concrete or applying plaster as needed.​

Packaging and Storage:

• Packaging Sizes: Available in 1 liter, 5 liters, 10 liters, and 20 liters containers. ​DR FIXIT

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources. Ensure containers are tightly sealed when not in use.​

• Shelf Life: Best used within 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored under recommended conditions. ​
